GENERAL INFORMATION


  1. 1. How Do I Register?

  2. 2. What is the date and time of the event?
    The car show is on September 15th from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
  3. 3. Where is the event located?
    Tony Graham AutoEdge, 2185 Robertson Road
  4. 4. Is there an entry fee?
    There is a registration fee of $10 per car if you choose to participate and you get one complimentary food voucher with it. Note: The fee is only if you are exhibiting your car/participating in competitions.
  5. 5. Is the entry fee per person or per car?
    The entry fee is per car, not per person.
  6. 6. Who can attend the event?
    Everyone! We had many families attend the AutoEdge Car Show! Car Enthusiasts or not, we promise you a good Ottawa vibe.
    We are a dog-friendly event.
  7. 7. Are spectators required to pay an entry fee?
    No, spectators can attend the event for free.
  8. 8. Do I need to register each car separately?
    Yes, each car needs to be registered individually with a $10 fee per car.
  9. 9. Can I register my car on the day of the event?
    YES! But it’d be great if you didn’t hold up the line. Best to have registered already to keep things moving at the gates.
  10. 10. What does the registration fee include?
    Participation in the competitions if you want and one free food voucher.


SPECTATOR PARKING


  1. 1. Is there parking available for spectators?
    Yes, parking is available for spectators. 2175 Robertson Rd
  2. 2. Is there a fee for spectator parking?
    NOPE.
  3. 3. Is accessible parking available?
    Yes
  4. 4. Can spectators park near the event venue?
    Yes. Park at 2175 Robertson Road. It is the lot adjacent to us.

DAY OF THE EVENT


  1. 1. What time should participants arrive?
    Participants can start rolling in around 11:30. First come first serve on the spots.
  2. 2. What happens when I arrive?
    Participants: Keep your ticket ready.
    We will have volunteers check your registration at the gate
    Upon verification, we will give you:
    Tony Graham AutoEdge Car Show – Season Finale Number Card
    A Food Voucher for Junior and The Kid BBQ Food Truck
  3. 3. What are the facilities at the venue?
    We are hosting this at our dealership. Indoor seating, Washrooms, Drinking Water, etc., available. We will have a Food Truck and an Ice Cream Truck
  4. 4. Will there be any entertainment or activities?
    We will have DJ Pavel at the show! Show him some love - https://www.instagram.com/boukinemusic/?hl=en
  5. 5. What are the competitions and when will they be held?
    We will have two ‘loud’ competitions - loudest exhaust and car limbo. THE DJ will announce the competitions...line up when called
    All participants will automatically be entered into the Best in Show, Most Creative, and Cleanest Interior.
    The shows & prizes will be announced by the DJ so keep an ear out!


CAR SHOW VENDOR


  1. 1. How can I become a vendor for the event?
    Send us a DM on Instagram! Vendor participation is free, but we ask that each vendor contribute to the competition prizes (e.g., merch, stickers, t-shirts, gift cards). Get creative!

WHAT IS THIS AND WHY I HAVEN’T I HEARD OF IT BEFORE

 

Tony Graham AutoEdge is owned by the local Tony Graham Automotive Group that has been a part of Ottawa’s community for over 50 years. Tony Graham AutoEdge, located in Bells Corners, specializes in offering a wide selection of pre-owned vehicles, encompassing various makes and models. We also house a 14 Bay Service Department that offers a lower than market price on services.

This is our 3rd Car Show and we instead to make the Tony Graham AutoEdge Car Show an event to look forward to within the car community in Ottawa and neighbouring regions.

We cannot do this without the support of the car community – a well-knit group with a single objective to – Make Ottawa Great Again! Nah! It’s already pretty awesome!
